East Ayrshire Leisure Trust is pleased to announce the official opening of its new box office situated in the heart of Kilmarnock.  The facility which opened to the public on Monday 2 June, is located within East Ayrshire Leisure's newly established headquarters in 'Wallace Chambers' on John Dickie Street.

This marks a welcome return of box office services to the town centre following the closure of the Palace Theatre, while the historic venue undergoes extensive renovation works. The new box office will serve as a central hub for ticketing and customer enquiries, supporting the East Ayrshire Leisure’s commitment to enhancing access to their services across East Ayrshire.

The box office will operate during the following hours:

Monday to Thursday: 9.30am – 4.30pm

(Closed for lunch from 12.30pm – 1.30pm)

Friday: 9.30am – 3.30pm
