The performing arts offer a unique blend of creativity, expression and collaboration and Ayrshire360 Encore offers a complete theatre experience, embracing every aspect of the performing arts, inspiring people of all ages and abilities to discover their potential, build confidence and keep coming back for an encore. 

Alongside these creative opportunities, programmed theatre productions play a vital role in enriching communities, offering audiences the chance to experience diverse stories, cultural perspectives and inspiring live performances.

Ayrshire360 Encore (formerly East Ayrshire Youth Theatre) offers an array of performing arts activities that are grounded in our core values of inclusivity and encouragement. Our classes are all about confidence building and are designed to bring out the best in you. Whether your passion lies on stage, backstage or somewhere in between, we have a place for you.  

Our leaders are Natalie Mackenzie and Breagha McMahon who, between them, they have over twenty five years’ experience working in the arts. From teaching various dance styles to leading classes at one of Scotland’s top performing Arts Institutions. They focus on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, allowing participants of all ages and abilities to express themselves freely and develop their skills in a pressure-free environment.  

Classes 

Musical Theatre
Classes integrate songs, spoken dialogue, acting and dance to convey a story and encourage confidence to take the stage.
Drama
For those who want to explore acting more closely. Participants will study various performance techniques using voice, body and emotion to bring a story to life. 
Writing & Performing
Participants can write and perform their own pieces. Whether that’s a monologue or a full length play for themselves or another class. Follow your work from page to stage!
Promenade
Here we take theatre beyond the stage, performing immersive pieces that allow the audience to follow the story through the performance space.
Taste of Theatre
Offering a playful introduction to the performing arts through the magic of music, movement, imagination and storytelling fun. From first steps to standing ovations.
ASN Performances
Our ASN classes have a little bit of everything- singing, dancing, acting and a whole lot fun!
