Live And Loud (1)

Live & Loud...Live at Dean Castle

A Night of Loud, Local & Legendary Music

Get ready for a full‑throttle live music takeover as four standout acts from Ayrshire and beyond come together for one unforgettable night. From sweat‑soaked folk‑punk singalongs to psychobilly fury, pop‑rock hooks and R&B grit — this is a gig made for proper music fans.

The Stumblers
Folk‑Punk from Kilmarnock

Raucous, heartfelt and unapologetically honest, The Stumblers turn every show into a full‑blooded singalong. Formed by best pals Niall and Stevie, the band grew from flat‑written anthems into one of Ayrshire’s most exciting folk‑punk acts.
Expect barking guitars, thumping drums and frantic strings, driven by lyrics that pull no punches — stories of working‑class schemes, bruised ambition and big emotions, delivered with humour, heart and relentless energy.

If you like your music loud, fast and shouted back at the stage, this is folk‑punk exactly how it should be.

The Termites
Psychobilly Icons from Kilmarnock

Formed in the mid‑1980s, The Termites are true Scottish psychobilly legends. Blending punk ferocity with rockabilly swagger, they earned a cult following across the UK and Europe, becoming festival favourites at events like Psychobilly Meeting and Bedlam Breakout.
Now in a powerful new chapter, the band features Dougie Ritchie (The Three ’n’ Eights) on double bass, injecting fresh energy into their already explosive sound.
New album “Square Go” is due in 2026 on 13 Deluxe Records, with singles landing throughout 2025. Recent collaboration with The Borland Ceilidh Band on “Boys from the County Hell” fuses psychobilly grit with Celtic fire.

Fierce, fast and uncompromising — The Termites remain one of Scotland’s loudest and most respected exports.

The Flat Stanley
Ayrshire R&B with a Raw Edge

Emerging from the Ayrshire scene in the mid‑80s, The Flat Stanley blend rhythm & blues roots with a gritty local edge. Celebrating 40 years since their first gig, the band recently released their 1989 album Sheer Addiction on vinyl.

Expect classics, fan favourites and raw, soulful grooves as they bring decades of live experience back to Live at Dean Castle

Angel Eyes
Scottish Pop‑Rock Powerhouse

Angel Eyes are a rising force on the Scottish music scene. This young five‑piece deliver infectious riffs, tight rhythms and high‑energy hooks, proving that talent speaks louder than labels.

With over 30,000 streams across two singles and a debut EP on the way, Angel Eyes bring fresh energy, big choruses and undeniable momentum to the stage
