Shipmates Registration Form

Registration for our youth activities is necessary to meet our Health & Safety requirements.  When completing the registration form, please ensure that the names detailed as emergency contacts are available to take telephone calls at all times when your child is in our care.  It is important that the form is completed in full and submitted in advance of the sessions.

Session Info:

• Sessions will run from 10am - 4pm during the school holidays
• Suitable for 8-15yrs
• Catering facilities are available on site but children attending are encouraged to bring their own snacks, water bottle, lunch etc.
• Children will have the opportunity to go swimming each day, appropriate swim wear, towel etc. must be brought with them
• £1 required for lockers
